The app is useless for people who live abroad. They cannot activate a new passcode on a new device once you download the app. The customer service has no idea how to help clients with US/Canada telephone numbers. They state you must be ‘come to the branch’ to pick up an activation code. I am paying for this service and the bank keeps saying they cannot send SMS to my phone, although I have provided the correct number.
