Great experiences with every driver so far. App-wise, would like to see the following improvements:- add a tip feature! Let us show our appreciation to the drivers!- when driver accepts the ride, the map zooms out and is hard to see where they are (pinching to zoom in often reverts back to high level view

The driver was mapped to a different mall than we were at. He could not see on the map where we were and being new to the area we had trouble describing Our location. Wasted our drivers time. For something like a big shopping mall they should have designated pickup points We’ll try bolt next time.

It was recommended to me with excellent reviews. I was super worried that my 6am cab would not arrive but it even arrived a couple of minutes early. The driver was patient and professional. I travel constantly and never had such an excellent and fairly priced app. Thanks!
