Good app; just one question: Can you add rontometers(10^-27 meters, one thousandth of a yoctometer) and quectometers(10^-30 meters, one millionth of a yoctometer) to the app? These were discovered in 2022.

Why a Tesla?

We know how hated this brand has become, and why. Please use a different vehicle, something classic and respected. Seeing this choice leads me to not bring up this app when people ask about my faves. It is one. But I won’t say so.

Thank you for the feedback.Why we have a Tesla in the app:• First, we added it back in 2013 while working on the very first version of Universal Zoom (released in February 2014).• Second, Tesla sparked a technological revolution in car manufacturing and made major contributions to EV technology and R&D. The Model S (in the app 2014–2018) was the first mass-produced EV designed from the ground up, the Model 3 (in the app 2018–2024) became the first truly mass-produced EV, and the Model Y (in the app since 2024) is now being developed as a Robotaxi — again driven by its technology.• Third, this was the only brand that regularly made kids (and sometimes adults) point and say “Look, a Tesla!” in the early days when they first started appearing in Canada. That genuine excitement from children has always been the best indicator for us.• And last, we also include a Porsche Formula E car for the same reason — its technology — so Tesla is not the only modern vehicle in the app.We’re genuinely sorry that one object out of roughly 300 in a scientific app has triggered such strong feelings that, despite the “Spock” in your username, you felt it warranted only two stars. That rating signals to other curious users (who could otherwise benefit from the app) that something is fundamentally wrong with it. If you purchased it recently, you can always request a refund through Apple.Life is short. It’s better to enjoy it with curiosity and a love of science and technology than with dislike rooted in political opinions.

Version 3.0 is our biggest expansion of the Physics part of the app yet.
• A whole new kind of object — point particles like quarks, leptons and bosons. Having no measurable size, they stay put as you zoom instead of growing or shrinking.
• 39 objects added or significantly improved — point particles, plus more atomic nuclei and atoms, and a handful of larger objects too.
• Particle physics is a tricky topic, so we added 5 short articles that explain it in a simple, easy-to-follow way — with many more articles to come.
• We improved the information for many objects, refreshed the images for several of them, and polished translations and voice-over pronunciation.
• We fine-tuned the soundtrack volume based on your feedback.
