Stay Away From This Airline

Super unhelpful support staff. Booked my flight last year and had to cancel because of the COVID situation - didn’t give me a refund instead kept the money so that I can only spend the money on their service. This year I booked a new flight and they didn’t issue a ticket. Said the booking you made is not confirmed because one flight in the itinerary is unconfirmed. Now I’m looking at loosing 3.5 thousand dollars because the wallet expires next year and I won’t be travelling. If you want to pay for your travel and not get to travel, book with Etihad. They are experts at stealing your money.

Worst experience in your flight from Toronto to Abu dhabi 18th feb 2024

It’s very bad to say this but NO one is replying to my mail and i had written a mail 9 days ago . So i have to write it here .Hey I just wanted to share my experience of traveling in your flight. I searched on your official site and chose my preferred seat to travel and I paid for that seat additionally. When I booked my seat, there were no seats besides me and when I went there, there was a seat and I was not able to get out from my seat because beside my seat it was a old lady and she was not able to move. It was a worst experience for me and it was like a fraud to me because I paid additional amount to travel comfortably but it was just opposite to that. Kindly get back to me and let me know what should I do next to improve my next flight experience.
