אפליקציית InClick מיועד לניהול הזמנות ולקוחות של המערכת. לאחר התקנת האפליקציה מנהל חנות אשר נוצרה בעזרת הפלטפורמה, יכול לקבל התראות על כניסה של הזמנות חדשות, לצפות בהזמנה, ללקט את המוצרים בהזמנה ולהשלים את התהליך הכנת הזמנה למשלוח על ידי סימון של מוצרים בהזמנה כי מלוקטים. לאחר השלמת ליקוט ההזמנה, מנהל חנות יכול להעביר את ההזמנה לסטטוס ״מוכנה למשלוח״ להזמין שליח לצורך הובלת ההזמנה לבית הלקוח. כמו כן בתוך האפליקציה מנה חנות יכול לראות פרטים של הזמנה כולל טלפון של הלקוח וכתובתו לצורך הכנת המשלוח, את סכום ההזמנה, סטטוס של הזמנה. במהלך טיפול בהזמנה מנהל חנות יכול לעדכן סטטוסים של הזמנה בהתאם להשלמת תהליכי טיפול בהזמנה.
