For some reason it’s all in a completely different language. Can anyone help me with that?

Hello, after entering iNFC, click the bottom menu Amiibo, click the button in the upper right corner, click the fourth setting menu to enter the setting interface, and click the second menu to set the language. Choose the language that suits you. iNFC already supports 36 languages.
