Hangs with white screen on launch

Issue: Inkblot iOS app presents a blank white screen on launch

neither restarting nor killing the app and restarting resolve the issue
reinstalling does not resolve the issue
it appears the issue started after the release of iOS 17
I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro
I’m currently using iOS 17.2.1, but the issue has occurred for me with all prior versions of iOS 17 at least
The issue is a showstopper for using the app, nothing functions

Login bugs

Two quality of life issues with login. 1. Biometric login not working. 2. Bugs out when trying to tap and hold over password text box to do a paste function.

Both of these bugs means I need to manually type in my password each time- for people with good random character passwords this is a pain.

They won’t delete your account

They don’t let you easily delete your credit card info, and they don’t let you delete your account. Took them months to respond when I requested my account to be deleted only for them to say they won’t do it and they can only deactivate it. So I was gonna delete my billing info and than deactivate my account, but they don’t let you delete your credit card info unless you enter new info?! Sent them another email about this waiting for response that will probably take another several months. Feels kind of scummy, please beware and join at your own risk.
