App crashes as seen with every other review

I downloaded the app and first off it looks pretty low quality. Anyway wanted to chat with a councillor so clicked on chat and it just kept loading then the app crashed after about 10 mins. Don’t download it. Not worth the frustration. Maybe with any luck they will fix it.

I try and set up virtual counselling and it crashes. I try and connect with someone through the app and it crashes. I contact tech support and I get email saying I have a message I can access through the app and I cannot access it anywhere. How is this supposed to be helpful to people experiencing mental health challenges that need support? This is such a disappointing experience.

The general features are ok but each time I try to connect with a counsellor I get an error stating “Error connecting to chat server for getinstancedata”Not helpful when you’re not close to a computer and need to connect with someone.

Nothing works, often doesn’t even open

Upon opening, it keeps displaying “Downloading new contact”. “Chat now” function tells you to go to their website. Other functions stuck at “connecting to server”. Useless, developer should be ashamed of such abysmal product.
