Consult+ for Canada Life members is a virtual healthcare clinic that gives you access to healthcare professionals for non-urgent medical issues and health concerns. Consult our licensed doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, and healthcare professionals by chat, audio or video, and renew prescriptions from home, at the office, or on-the-go. Consult+ is for plan members and their dependants covered by their Canada Life group benefits plan.
Use Consult+ for:
- Minor or known headaches
- Allergies, colds, flu and nasal congestion
- Painless eye issues (eye stye, pink eye,…)
- Infection of the upper respiratory tract (sinusitis, rhinitis,…)
- Mild or known gastric issues
- Mild infection of the digestive system
- Asymptomatic sexual health
- Genito-urinary infection in women
- Breastfeeding support and related infections
- Dermatologic infections and eruptions (rash, hives, eczema,…)
- Minor cuts or bites
- Thyroid issues
- Medical prescriptions or renewals
As an Apple HealthKit or CareKit user, you may optionally integrate your step tracking data to enhance your experience related to wellness goals and challenges.
