FREE AND HELPFUL!
I like how it doesn’t make you pay for ASL education. I don’t mind the ads at all, considering it’s a fair trade for learning how to better communicate with a variety of people in the ASL community. It has a great dictionary and glossary. Totally recommend.
Amazing app!!
I was a bit skeptic at first about this app but it was actually super fun and it’s great! There are ads but it’s super minimal so it’s not annoying. I would actually pay a small amount a month if it meant I can keep using it cause it’s that good. So happy it’s free and I can keep learning
Okay, and it's free
This isn't a terrible app, and I appreciate that it's free, but it can be frustrating. There are a lot of buffering pauses that slow it down. Also, there is no option to go directly to lessons of interest, they have to be done in order. This slows things down further. And to make things even slower, the app has this stupid recap feature that takes several seconds to run through a largely meaningless scoring system . I spend as much time enduring ads, recap screens and buffering as I do learning ASL.
If you're like me and just learning for your own interest, this app is fine, but it probably won't be of much help for someone who needs to use ASL in daily life.
