ItsRecord helps you turn receipts into useful records — capturing purchases and expenses, organizing your items, tracking what happens to them over time, and keeping everything together on your iPhone.
Take a photo of a receipt and let ItsRecord extract and organize the information for you. Preserve the original receipt, keep track of purchased items and expenses, manage quantities and important dates, and build a useful history long after the paper receipt has faded.
**RECEIPTS**
Capture receipts with your iPhone camera, import receipt images from Photos or Files, and keep the original receipt together with its organized information.
ItsRecord extracts useful information from your receipts and lets you choose the level of detail that fits your needs. For restaurants, taxis, services, and other purchases without inventory items, you can simply capture the expense without creating unnecessary inventory records.

**SMARTER ITEM ORGANIZATION**
Receipt descriptions can be abbreviated or difficult to recognize. ItsRecord helps turn them into clearer item names and categories, remembers your choices, and learns store-specific receipt layouts to improve future parsing.
**INVENTORY**
Know what you have and how much remains. Items from your receipts can be added directly to Inventory, where you can track quantities, important dates, and other useful information.
Flexible quantity tracking helps Inventory better reflect how packaged or multi-unit purchases are actually used.
ItsRecord can also help estimate freshness, quality, warranty, or maintenance dates based on the item category and purchase date. You can review or change these dates whenever needed.
**ESSENTIALS**
Set minimum quantities for things you want to keep on hand. ItsRecord compares what you need with what you currently have, shows what's running low or out of stock, and helps you add the shortage to your shopping cart.
**TIME LINE**
A purchase doesn't end at the receipt.
Follow an item's lifecycle from purchase through use, consumption, or other disposition. See when it was purchased, what happened to it, how much was involved, and what remains.
**EXPENSES**
Keep purchases and everyday expenses together. Record expense-only receipts such as meals, transportation, fuel, and services without creating unnecessary inventory items.
Add tags to your expenses to help organize and track spending for different purposes.
**REFUNDS**
Keep your records accurate when purchases are returned. ItsRecord can process refund receipts and, when applicable, connect returned items with items already recorded in Inventory.
**STATISTICS & REPORTS**
Review spending by category and store, see totals over time, and create reports from your saved records.
Use tags to organize and generate reports for specific purchases or expenses, making it easier to track spending for different purposes.
Export supported information in formats such as PDF or CSV when needed.
**PRIVATE & LOCAL**
Your receipts can contain personal and business information. ItsRecord is designed with privacy in mind: receipt processing and OCR are performed on your device, core app data is stored locally, and no account or sign-in is required.
Backup and restore are available through the iOS Files interface, so you choose where your backup is stored.
**MULTI-LANGUAGE SUPPORT**
ItsRecord is available in five UI languages: English, French, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Punjabi.
Receipt OCR and parsing are currently designed and tested primarily for Canadian receipts.
