Love the magazine but frustrated with the app

I have subscribed to the magazine through this app for about 7 years. Just lost access to issues I have paid for for the 3rd time. Support has been good to restore but am frustrated that I have to keep asking for help

App is confusing

I would really prefer the old way of reading the magazine!

Cannot get my magazines

I am an avid knitter and enjoy my magazines. I am unable to retrieve any of them. Apparently they have all disappeared and restore is not working at all!
This is disappointing to say the least. Magazines were paid for and should be available. If this is digital, give me paper magazines anytime!
