Jeeva app is an app specifically designed for the youth users of the JJJ program to build mental wellness and resilience and tackle everyday challenges of relationships, loneliness, or just the daily drama of life that leaves many with distress, anxiety or depression. Unlike traditional therapy that is hard to access or understand, Jeeva helps young people - and sometimes, their caregivers, - with multiple modes of psycho-social-behavioral support delivered entirely on their terms, such as private & non-judging AI driven text conversations, confidential validation and support from your peers including tips and motivation; additionally, resilience planning module adds structure if needed. All these are derived from evidence based clinical standards. We are a team of clinical and engineering folks on a mission to help young people take control of mental well-being.
