With the Kindred Mobile App you can:

• Transfer money between your accounts; to another member; or someone you know via email with Interac e-Transfer
• Remotely deposit cheques with Deposit Anywhere™
• View your account activity and recent transactions
• Manage multiple accounts
• Pay bills now or set up payments for the future
• Scheduled payments: view and edit upcoming bills and transfers
• Keep track of foreign exchange rates
• Choose to display your balances onscreen without having to log in
• Pay us a visit using the Branch/ATM locator utilizing your phone’s GPS

To take advantage of the full functionality of this app, you must already be registered and have logged in to MemberDirect online banking. If you’re not currently a MemberDirect online banking user you can still use the Branch/ATM locator, Calculators, Rates Listing and Contact Us.

The Kindred Mobile App requires the following permissions on your device:

• Approximate location, precise location, extra location provider – The app uses your device’s GPS to help you find the nearest Branch/ATM
• Read your contacts – allows you to create new INTERAC® e-Transfer recipients by selecting from your device contacts
• Full network access, view network connections – The app requires Internet access to allow you to do your mobile banking

Easy and Elegant

As a student I’m very pleased that I don’t have to go to a location to deposit a cheque.
Using the app is also a pleasant experience.

I love the app! But there’s one problem..

I love how you can deposit cheques and pay bills straight from the app!! But lately I can’t accept e-transfers from anyone. Hopefully you can fix this soon :(

Trouble with e transfers

When I click the link emailed to me when receiving an e transfer the app gets stuck on a white screen when it’s trying to launch.
