Banking made easy
Rarely do I have to go to DUCA personally. Easy to use - set up credit card payments on the due date, set up transfers to avoid overdrafts, pay by e-transfers to name a few.
Frustrating at best
Not impressed with the customer service. They do not reply to messages, so why even have that option? Force you to call and spend over 30 mins on the phone every single time you need help with something. They clearly don’t value your time. Zero stars.
