• Location services – allows the app to use your device's GPS to find the nearest branch or ATM
• Camera – allows the app to use device camera to take picture of cheque
• Contacts – allows you to create new INTERAC® e-Transfer recipients by selecting from your device contacts.

Avoid Both the App & the Bank

Both app and bank are disgusting to deal with.

Transfers

It’s 2024, you should have the ability to make transfers on the app. Having to go on my laptop for that is frustrating. The same functionality on the web should be available on the app.

FaceID doesn’t work

I’ve setup FaceID recognition and it has never worked. I’ve also created a new login profile a few times to see if it will help. It will perform a FaceID recognition successfully and then prompt me for my security questions and PAC...

Also, could the developers consider scrapping the security questions and introducing MFA. I’m sure they’re aware that security question prompts are not as secure as modern MFA.
