• Location services – allows the app to use your device's GPS to find the nearest branch or ATM

• Contacts – allows you to create new INTERAC® e-Transfer recipients by selecting from your device contacts.

It would be nice if the app worked all the time; and I can’t always wait for the next day to speak with someone because you close too early.

My spouse and I love the personal nature of this bank. It’s like an old fashioned bank which suits us, as seniors, just fine. They are not in a hurry to digitalize everything to the point where we have to, by default, go along. Having said that, I do wish they would take away the $1.00 fee for e-transfers, and allow the set-up of regular e-transfers. I do a couple of regular ones every month, and would do more of them if it weren’t for the cost.
Not great but…
Beats the new digital app. Bring this one back I miss it!
