Rip offs and glitches

I used an item to increase my gold for two hours, I come back to dispatch in my materials buildings and suddenly I go from 234.6k gold down to 24k. Like seriously? And not the first time it’s done this, for the longest time any time I tried to get runes or collect from the daily chest it crashed
It also doesn’t tell you how to get certain things you need like, soul splinters, skill scrolls, etc etc.
