I’m giving 3 stars because the app keeps crashing. This is the third time I’ve had to delete the app and reinstall it. When it works, it works great! But otherwise, frustrating!

My food is cold because I didn’t know cutlery was inside the fridge. The app won’t let me open the fridge again even though it said it was open. I asked a hospital worker for help and they told me nothing they can do. Apparently I missed my opportunity for cutlery. Pointless heating it up unless they want me to eat entrees with my hands? I couldn’t unfreeze the app even after force closing and opening again. Login experience was frustrating first time.

I was at Cortellucci Vaughn Hospital in the ER attending to a loved one so I’m at a vulnerable time. I couldn’t eat any of the other dishes as they had too much spice in them e.g. jerk chicken but I chose a very easy and clean chicken wrap. Firstly the chicken wrap was absolutely sad. The type you would expect from a vending machine but you seem to know what you’re doing by charging a lot more for them and using fresh ingredients maybe? It’s an $8+ wrap after taxes. That’s my next thing. You charges taxes separate like it’s a cafe or restaurant but ALL vending machines charge tax in. Include the taxes! That was not very transparent In the end,Low quality food, high prices and placed in a hospital ER where people are at their most vulnerable. I’d give you zero if I could.

I’m having a lot of issues with the app and all the data is misplaced. I was able to purchase something but it didn’t make sense to me. I picked up a cold order and then it told me a few minutes later that my meal failed to cook. It doesn’t make sense.
