I can’t find the world map view shown in the Facebook ad. I was excited to see that you added a interesting feature but I was disappointed to see I can’t find it in the app. Where do I find it?

Kiwi Unwilling to Fix Their Mistake
This company is a great poster child for why you shouldn’t use trip planners. I booked a flight with multiple connections. After landing in my first city, Kiwi emailed me to tell me that my next flight was delayed and it would cause me to miss my last connecting flight. They said I needed to pay to book a later flight. Fair enough, this is the risk you take when you book with a trip planner. If you’re delayed and miss a flight, you’re left out in the cold. I paid for a new flight.
However, my problem is that Kiwi was wrong, my next flight was not delayed. I booked a new flight because they told me I had to. However, my flight was fine and I reached the next airport in time to catch the last leg. They had me book a later flight for no reason. Once I realized their error, I called to cancel it. They said not our problem and happily pocketed my cash. I will never use this company again.

Stay away
This has been the second time they did not get around to sending out your checkin and this time was worse. Also don’t believe the 8 hr Guarantee, my son was stuck for 12 hrs and they did nothing.
