I can’t find the world map view shown in the Facebook ad. I was excited to see that you added a interesting feature but I was disappointed to see I can’t find it in the app. Where do I find it?

Stay away
This has been the second time they did not get around to sending out your checkin and this time was worse. Also don’t believe the 8 hr Guarantee, my son was stuck for 12 hrs and they did nothing.

Not reliable at all
Checked into my flight through an email from Kiwi. Received a confirmation email from Kiwi that said “We've checked all passengers in with the airline and you can find your boarding passes, including the printable versions, in your booking details.” The “boarding pass” was in fact just a “travel document”, and the attendant at the desk said there was no record of my checking in. I nearly got booted off my flight because of this. When I contacted customer support, they said that it wasn’t their fault because “that’s the document the airline sent”. Will not be using this third party service again.
