App stopped working.
App is not currently updating door activity. I know it is not me specifically. My sister’s is doing the exact same thing. We have rental properties that we use this app/lock system for. Have been using it for over a year. We had guests arrive at both properties yesterday and the lock shows no activity since just past noon yesterday. Looks like the guests haven’t even arrived however we know they have. Her property is in a totally different state. Obviously an issue with the app. Can’t find anyone to contact to resolve the issue.

Hello LilKimbug, Happy to help! Please perform the following when in BLE range. Ensure the lock is showing in the BLE settings, refresh the app while near the lock, and perform a lock/unlock command in the app to verify the event shows in the history. It works, but a little clunky
It’s not that bad, it works mostly. The only time I had an issue is when changing my auto lock time, it says unable to connect while it actually accepted the change.
