It worked reasonably well for years. Sometimes I’d have to tap the lock a second time before it would respond, but that was the worst of it. However since upgrading to iOS 15.5 (3 days ago) both of my locks have stopped responding. Opening the app on my cellphone states that it cannot connect.

Depuis la dernière mise à jour l’application est moins réactive et on dois appuyer plusieurs fois sur le bouton pour activer le fonctionnement de la serrure. La version précédente était sans reproche à ce niveau.

Lock isn’t secure over time

The worked well for years. A few months ago it started to randomly unlock the door. We have had to take the batteries out and use a key for the door now. It woke me up in the middle of the night to the sound of it unlocking several times.

Do not trust or purchase Weiser Smart Door Locks. Just talk to the numerous customers that now have useless Weiser Kevo smart door locks that no longer works as the Kevo app will be discontinued. Why can’t you Intergrate the Weiser app to work with the old Kevo app. The only conclusion isTO INCREASE SALE OF THE NEW WEISER SMART LOCKS.Woohoo a discount that will still cost me $130.00 per lock to be replace in Canada. NO THANK YOU WEISER I will pick a new manufacturer that I can trust and not be afraid that you will discontinue another app like the Kevo app rendering all my SMART LOCKS INOPERATIVE !!

ASSA ABLOY and UniKey are different companies.Being the creators of the technology powering Kevo locks, Kevo Plus gateways and web services, UniKey is in the position to maintain the system so that users do NOT have to replace their existing Kevo mobile app, locks and gateways.
