Lakefront Utility Services Inc.'s mobile application allows its customers to access their account information from the comfort of their own device. Customers can easily access detailed billing data which includes current billing information as well as an archive of past bills for electricity and water usage. Consumption information is displayed graphically to easily compare past energy usage.
The Lakefront app displays planned and unplanned outage details, including a map of the affected area and notifies customers of current power outages within the service territory. Lakefront customers can also report a currently active outage. The Lakefront App focuses on energy education, with incentivized conservation programs to help manage energy usage and costs.
