Cannot get app to sync with Letpot
I have been back and forth with customer service to try and get the app to work and connect with the grower. Nothing so far. I’m going to pack it in soon and return it for a refund.
App works good overall
I have both the 12 pod and 21 pod units App functional are great and responsive with units. Sometimes when a power loss happens settings are not restored, more so with the 21 pod unit. I would like to see an option for the 21 pod unit to have the LCD backlight to remain on, even dimly would be great instead of turning off completely. Thanks
Is this app viable?
I’ve been trying all morning to get a verification email to log into the app. Still waiting. I also emailed their “feedback” email address and it’s not valid. Not sure if this app is even viable and would love some feedback.
