Love the new App
Well done Lexus new update been amazing.The old app was outdated and glitches.Keep up the good work.
Slow
Con - Remote start - It takes too long to load. Usually takes 3 tries before successful remote start - even when standing close to car. Not worth the fee for this feature because it’s more frustrating than it’s worth.
Pro - notifications - I like seeing where car is located and notifications if doors are unlocked, plus convenience of being to lock them from the app (may take multiple attempts).
Glitchy unresolved issues
App does not update automaticallly from previous version so had to delete the old one. The Lexus agent assured me my digital key from my other vehicles would not be lost but they were. What's worse, it will not even let me dowload again with message "turn bluetooth on"which cleary was on. With tech support tried everything and after a week they still cannot resolve. Very unLexus like where the vehicle itself is so consistently reliable. Get it right the first time before launching such glitchy app as an update.
