Ratings and Reviews
Good app but could be great…
This app is good but could be great with a few enhancements
- add option for recurring alerts and events eg. annual maintenance, reminders for checking smoke detectors, etc.
- add specific groups to Polls so the Board could use Polls for voting eg. motion, second and all in favour for quotes, approvals, etc.
- it would also be useful to send messages to more than one unit eg. several units in a specific building that needs repairs
Tablet support
Is lacking. It's like they wrote it for a 3rd gen iphone and haven't put any other thought into it. Forum is thinly disguised advertising.
More useful for building managers than residents
This app is fine for communicating with the strata and building management. As a community app, it could be so much more. I would love to see enhancements to be able to communicate with other residents in the building.
