Can’t download statements. It closes and you have to sign in again everytime you try to download statements

Good app, needs a few more features/changes

I find the app to be pretty good for how I bank, and there are only a few things I would recommend they add or change to the app.

Being a mobile app for people on the go I would suggest adding the Touch ID and face recognition feature to make the app even more “on the go” friendly.

The scrolling menu options on the left side (once signed in) seem quite slow and could be sped up or feel more free to the user.

The menu options near the top going across the screen (once signed in) might do better being designated on the bottom in order to be easier accessed by the user’s thumbs, like other banking apps (RBC, BMO).

In addition to the main options along the bottom, there could also be a couple options along the top (sign out, help, alerts).

Minor adjustments to make the app seem “fresh” (visually) like some features on the TD app and BMO (aesthetically pleasing main menu).

I understand all of these changes would be a lot, but I believe incorporating at least a few would greatly improve user experience.

Needs help with etransfers

After the most recent update, have had a terrible time with sending etransfers on my phone. It doesn’t let you look at the text while you are typing. It always scrolls the screen down. It isn’t my phone, I had an iphone 12 and just got a 14 and same problem with both phones. Extremely aggravating. Everything else works well. Would give a 5 star if not for this problem.
