Bon potentiel, gâché avec les multiples frais
L’application initialement avait beaucoup de potentiel versus UberEats, SkiptheDishes, etc. Depuis leur essor, ils ont ajouté des frais pour utiliser l’application qui sont exorbitants par commande soit 6.99$ + txs et en plus, de frais liés à la distance au restaurant. Les frais liés à la distance sont une bonne idée en soit, mais pas en plus des frais de service. Ça devient de l’abus de l’application qui est désormais équivalent aux autres applications, mais moins bien faite.
En excluant le pourboire, c’est une facture d’environ 25-30% supplémentaire, ça ne vaut pas la peine.

je ne peux jamais commander, l’application est toujours en surcharge même un mercredi après midi et il y a trop de frais
