Convenient and helpful
I appreciated getting medications delivered to my home. It was easy and shipping was free.
Not for Northern Ontario!
Do not sign up for this if you are anywhere North of the GTA! At no point or anywhere when signing up do they tell you that they are working out of a pharmacy in Brampton. Shipping is 1-2 days regardless if you put the order as *urgent*.
I placed my order a week prior running out. One of my medications didn’t have enough supply so they called twice to change the delivery date which I agreed to as the understanding was that I would get my order the same day the supply came in and because my issues are not “serious” enough where I can’t manage without meds for a couple of days. (Sucks but still doable) Now because they are shipping out of Brampton, which is 5 hours away from me, I am having to wait an entire weekend plus the 1-2 day shipping time which will have left me with 6-7 days without medication. Not once did they let me know this when they called.
Some medications also come with a clause that you only order within a certain period after the last order which leaves little wiggle room for the shipping time or any hiccups. Not worth the hassle especially if you were to have an illness that requires immediate medication to treat.
Does not work
The apps landing screen keeps scrolling left and right when I try to signin, saying your session has expired. I tried to login through my Sunlife ID but that does not work either
