Not a fan of the update

This is indeed a very fun colouring app with fun images and designs, however coming back to this after some time I lost my some of my coloured pages.

Can’t load pictures

The ads run no problem and my phone has 3 bars of WiFi at all times and yet when I try to use my coins it declines saying “my WiFi is not connected” but seconds later if I tap to watch an ad for more coins it works?? How can I fix this?? My WiFi is not the problem :/

Awesome

I really like this game I play it quite a lot. Recently I’ve been busy and I haven’t played as much and when I played again all my pictures I’d coloured were gone🙁

Dear Customer! We apologize for the inconveniences. There were some technical problems, due to which saved images were lost. But they haven’t disappeared. You have them and you don’t need to buy them again. At the moment our developers are working on fixing the issue and they will try to bring them back to “SAVED”. Please, contact us via mail support_mcb@zimad.com and we will add the compensation to your account. Please, accept our sincere apologies once again.
