I got the app and started Arabic and it was really great at first but then after I completed 3 lessons it started asking me to pay and just wouldn’t let me move onto the 4th lesson. I’m not sure if I have to pay or something but yeah

You can either purchase a subscription or check for free access through a subscribing organization near you, such as a public library. I’ve searched for years for a Farsi course that had all four elements of learning the language (speaking, listening, reading, writing). I finally found it with this app. I love it!

i’m learning french and only got to the third lesson before it didn’t let me finish, and said i needed the membership or whatever everytime i tried to progress each day.it’s trapped and broken and will not let me continue, while there’s no other apps i know of that teach canadian french?? what the hell

Bonjour and thanks for giving Mango a try. The Canadian French course is one of our premium language courses, which means that in order to access the full course, you'll need to unlock access. You can do this by purchasing a subscription or linking to a subscribing organization (such as a public library). Many libraries across the world, including in the US and Canada, subscribe to Mango and offer it free to their patrons. Please check in our app to find a subscribing organization near you or email support@mangolanguages.com with your postal/zip code and name of your library so that we can check for you. -Sarah
