• Virtually claim land on Earth that is connected to your social media—an entirely new digital asset.
• By claiming spots on the world map, you generate 100-foot diameter virtual perimeters (about half an acre) linked to your social media.
• Mapspot users can discover you by physically passing through your virtual land in the real world or tapping on your spots in the app. Spots are like your own “spatial webpages.”
• Every Mapspot account is entitled to one free spot placement, with the exception of certain major cities.
• Mapspot rules:
1. Spots you claim on the map under your account must be at least 2 miles apart to prevent unfair “clustering” of spots.
2. Only one Mapspot® account is allowed per person. Identity verification (ages 18+ only) will be added in the future for enhanced security.
3. Major cities have a one-spot claiming limit per account to allow as many people as possible to claim spots in highly populated areas.
4. You can only claim spots where you are a citizen.
• Built-in messaging to connect with people you discover.
• Mapspot's monthly auto-renewable subscriptions offer unique virtual spaces, similar to virtual land. More spots on the map increase the chances of discovering you and your content.
• Mapspot® subscriptions last 1 month and only one active subscription is allowed per user.
• Your subscription is charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation and automatically renews unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period's end.
• Active subscriptions cannot be canceled during the active period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or disable auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
