The app is a joke
On the website the user is prompted to sign up through the Shop app without needing to set a password. In the app you can’t log in if you created your account that way. Totally lacks consistency.
PREDATORY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By signing up for their texting program you agree to their terms and conditions which waives your right to a jury trial, a class action lawsuit (so if others have the same claim as you you can’t do anything), and you CANNOT take them to court because you must solve everything through arbitration. This favours the company and limits your rights ! ADDITIONALLY you must wait 60 days before initiating anything especially if you have urgent issues.
so upsetting.
Dates
Nothing but issues with this app. Trying to order a cake a few weeks out and it won’t let me pick a date in the next month
