Used to be so good, but needs to be fixed
This app used to be so good when I first started using it 2 years ago. But now whenever I send the intake form to my clients either they don’t receive it, or it won’t let them fill it out, it always says the postal code is invalid (even though it’s the right one). I usually end up having to have them come early and fill it out the day of their appointment, which kind of defeats the purpose of having online intake forms! So much valuable assessment and treatment time wasted! Definitely not worth almost 40 bucks a month, I might as well just use paper files. I would not recommend using this app unless they resolve these issues.
