MedDietScore is a very different kind of food tracking application. Instead of just tracking calories MedDietScore lets you also track the quality of calories you are consuming.
The Med Diet Score application helps you change the way you eat. It offers great food and great recipes that just happen to be great for you. You are able to build menus using a sophisticated menu creation tool for up to 14 days and include other members of your family or group. The Food Diary function allows you to track what you eat as well as your exercise with the exercise diary.
The application automatically tracks a Mediterranean Diet Score and shows you the percentage of ultra processed foods you are consuming.
The associated Web site you can find information about how to eat healthy from diabetes, GERD and celiac disease to Mediterranean diet.
