A good start
It's a good start. Glad that you can take a photo to scan for refills but would like to have my whole family listed under one profile e.g., my kids. Navigation is a bit cumbersome, would be better if it was icon-based instead of menu driven. This would also be better for seniors who have smart phones but want easy access to the various services that the app provides.
Biometrics (face recognition)still flawed.
First off, thanks to the developers for making multiple refills possible on a single order, much more efficient.
The face recognition needs to be worked on. The problem is that upon logging out, if a person’s face is still visible to the camera it immediately logs you back in. I hope you are able to address this issue.
