The on-call technician is paged with an alarm, a full-screen page to acknowledge, a text and a phone call, and the job lands on the schedule with its promised arrival. More on the car screen. MEPflow on the car screen. With CarPlay or Android Auto, the truck's screen shows the route to your next job with three buttons: Next job, On my way, and Recenter. Settings, In the car, turns it on. Nothing else moves to the car: no lists, no messages, no typing. The truck cab: from Today's Jobs, the van button opens a night screen for a phone in a mount, with your truck on a dark map, the next job, the nearest supply house with a drive time, the crew clocked in, and Flow pinned to the bottom. Also in this release: • Scan the card: every box on the card form takes the phone's own card scan • Cash and check payments reach QuickBooks filed as cash and check • One Cost card on the job screen, with the labour you typed in it • Construction jobs are scheduled by day: pick a start day and how many days, never an hour • Your customer's invoice email comes from QuickBooks first, with its Pay button, so it lands in the inbox • Flow opens from the bar again on every role

Invoices are paid through QuickBooks now. Every invoice you send exists in your QuickBooks with card and bank switched on, the pay link in the text and email is QuickBooks' own page for that invoice on your own QuickBooks Payments account, and when the customer pays, part-pays, or the invoice is voided, the job and the reports follow on their own. In the app, that pay page opens in a sheet instead of leaving for Safari, and a card can be keyed in on the spot once your QuickBooks connection includes Payments. Your crew's position is now recorded through the whole shift, not just while the app is open — so the map, arrival times and time-on-job are finally reading a complete record. Service agreements — write a maintenance contract, list what's covered and what isn't, and the app turns it into scheduled visits and a signed PDF on your letterhead.
