MIRI-View에 가입된 승강기에서 비상통화장치로 현대엘리베이터 고객센터를 호출하면 고객센터의 상담원이 승강기 내 상황을 모니터링하며 승객의 안전을 확인 및 케어하는 기능을 제공합니다.
- 지능형 모션 관제
MIRI-View는 지능형 모션 관제를 지원하며 탑승객이 지정된 시간동은 움직임이 없으면 고객 모바일 어플리케이션으로 알림 메시지를 전송하며 이와 동시에 현대엘리베이터 고객센터에 알림이 발송됩니다.
