Inconsistent info from app to requisition form
Given the cost, I would expect the info and attention to detail be a little more “top notch” and professional. The sticker on my package displayed a different expiration date than what the app/email stated. Also, the prep instruction were different in app compared to the emailed requisition form (one stated to fast for 8 hours, another stated to fast for 12) although small details, given the price you pay, I would expect more attention to detail and instruction and these discrepancies makes me question the whole process and legitimacy
