Can’t sign in after 3.6

Can’t sign in. After Face ID check a pops up window shows up and asks to allow GroupNet use to sign in, however the window closes immediately and cannot be clicked.

Thank-you for taking the time to connect with us. Sorry for the frustration this has caused you! We are aware app biometrics are not working as intended and are working hard to resolve asap. As a temporary solution, please uninstall/reinstall the app.

The worst app, website and customer service

This is the worst app I’ve used thanks to my employer. I never had any problems with SunLife earlier. There is no way to submit a wellness claim through the app so you have to use the website which keeps warning you to use one of their pre-defined categories but guess what .. there is no wellness category so you have to search their manual forms and you still don’t find it. Eventually I had to use a pdf form given by my employer because there’s no way to find that on their website. Once you submit that pdf wellness claim form and your receipt, it doesn’t shake up in your submitted claims. What a crap website and app. and their customer call keeps you on hold for more than an hour and drops you off. I’m the most frustrated with Canada life I’ve ever been with anything.

Version 4.0….not stellar

Since this release, being able to quickly see our insurance claim history to obtain details has become near impossible. We’re left with less information than before. Quite counter-intuitive….unless the aim is to increase calls to the call-centre. Truly a strange upgrade.
