Bluetooth Permissions Request iOS
The My Olive App doesn’t have an option to turn on bluetooth in the settings after you attempt to allow bluetooth after the permission request pops up.
Weak product
App buggy, BT connecting is terrible and buggy. Left battery failed sent back for warranty replacement. Replacement set received right bud not working. At best a $30 Chinese product. Not worth the money!
Great product
My Olive Pro’s arrived as promised. No problem. Set up was easy using the app, which is updated regularly. My Pros work very well in most situations but need some adjustments while I’m using them. The My Olive app is very helpful with this. I’m looking forward to my new Olive Max, especially in noisy situations. Support has been great - replies are sent within 24 hours and have been very helpful. Thank you Olive Pro.
