My WebID

With the My WebID app you carry out every identification - with video, online banking, ID card photos, digital identity or eID function - in just a few steps.
1. Download the app 2. Follow the instructions 3. Enter your TAN - done. Your legally valid electronic signature with e-signature is just as easy.
The My WebID app only needs authorization for the camera.
Tips:
• Make sure you have a stable internet connection to ensure smooth operation. WiFi is better than mobile data.
• Good lighting helps to identify the ID card.
• The ID document should be clean and undamaged and not covered by your hand.

Ratings and Reviews
Nice employees
While the employees are very nice the connection kept being interrupted with their data center and I spend about 50 minutes talking with 5 different employees before I got verified. With Postident I had no such technical trouble.
Horrible expérience
Im supposed to vérifie my identite in this amateurish app with uncompetent and unpatient employees with rough language skills while the connection keeps breaking down. This is a bunch of bull. post office app works way better.
Terrible waiting times
Took 45minutes waiting, while app says average 15min. Got interrupted and had to do it again, same as before, whole transaction took 1hour and 45 minutes
