By participating in this program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Eligibility - The loyalty program is available to users who are 18+ and legally eligible to participate. - Users must have a registered account in MyServo to earn and redeem points. Earning Points - Users can earn points by Scanning QR Code from MyServo Lubricants & Greases. - Points may be subject to limits - Fraudulent activities, such as scanning the same QR multiple times, using unauthorized codes, or exploiting loopholes, will result in account suspension. Expiry & Limitations Points cannot be transferred between accounts. Prohibited Activities - Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the system (e.g., using bots, fake QR codes, or duplicate scans) will result in permanent account suspension and loss of points. - The company reserves the right to audit and adjust user accounts if fraudulent activity is detected. Changes to the Loyalty Program - Runner Lube & Energy Limited reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice. - Any changes will be updated in these Terms & Conditions and communicated via the app or website. Liability & Disclaimers - The company is not responsible for technical issues, QR code unavailability, or third-party errors affecting point earnings. - The loyalty program does not guarantee cash payouts in the event of **business closure or external regulatory restrictions**.
