Fairly useless from iPhone
Fails to show fee start or actual total so watch out trying to quote remote or uncommon properties. Misleading since the actual reports are Not Possible to open on IPad Pro so my new purchase is useless to input data in field. Must carry full laptop or shoulda bought a MS Surface instead
Really needs work
The App idea is great but no Appraiser appears to have been consulted in developing this app. You need a NAS number to get into the app. Well, if I have to go to the regular site and remember the # then wouldn’t I just get my info from that site? Needs to be more of a “dashboard” site. Let me sign in and then select from jobs listed. Have a look at the FNF site if you are looking for Good ideas.
Update. The NAS MOBILE APP is a real improvement from what it was. It now includes everything that I wished for above and then some. Really like the new home menu as well as being able to enter appointments. Good job folks.
