There are several glitches since iOS 11.2.5...this thing needs an update! Comments not working anymore (you can submit but can't review them), when you input appointments it does work but the associated address is wrong somehow and other weird things. Bottom line: update needed.
My experience with NAS
My agent request appraisal March 26, chose NAS, I keep waiting for email until April 6, so far until now, still don’t know if they checked or not, I tried to call them, first time a lady name like Timra only say they are blabla totally helpless, after ,nobody answer at all, so I tried to download this app to check my status, there’s nowhere to register, no customer service! Closing date is getting closer and I’m stuck!
Needs lots of work
As excited as I was to have an app to track and comment/message on an ongoing file. The app lacks utility. There is an inability to upload pertinent documents, submit new orders, or even refer to orders that have been completed even though there is a completed section. Notifications don’t get pushed either. All of this on a basic UI design.
