Neo Smart Blinds 4+

I have recently changed my wifi network to 5g which cased the automated blind app disconnected. After splitting the network, I was still facing connection issues. However, the customer support went above and beyond to make sure the app connects to the current wifi network and the automated blind works smoothly. I would highly recommend Neo Smart Blind app.

App works but needs the following: battery percentage for each blind, ability to set blind position instead of all open or all closed by percentage, status of blind position open or closed

However, most motors do not have the capability to send battery percentage and blind position to the app. We currently have this option on the app for owners of Neo motors. Can you please send us your account details (serial number of smart controller, e-mail address)? We would like to take a look and see if your motors are capable of having these features. Our development team continues to make improvements to the app, resulting in a better user experience. Having struggled to get my blinds to behave as intended with the app.

Having explained the situation to Shawn Marosek who was patient and pleasant and explained things for a simpleton like me …. He had my blinds and app working like a rock star in under 5 minutes after I struggled all night!

Kudos to Shawn and the tech team for their knowledge and inner working with motorized blinds, controller and app!!
