Bank securely and with confidence. Our banking app uses the same high level of security as our online banking. You log in to the app with the same membership details as online banking and once you log out or close the app, your secure session will end.
To take advantage of the full functionality of this app, you must already be registered and have logged in to Online Banking. If you are not an Online Banking member, you can still use the Branch/ATM locator and view our Contact Us information.
There is no charge for the app but mobile data downloading and Internet charges may apply. Check with your mobile phone provider for details.
We are working on the app experience to make it better and faster. In version 16, we have fixed some bugs, improved performance, and enhanced accessibility features based on your feedback.

Area for improvement
Find it very difficult to get ahold of an off our person to assist with online issues. I always get the same message; more than normal volume & personal are busy. Then their is a choice of, stay on line for next available person & count down begins. When it came to my turn (happened twice) phone was ringing & it put me to an answering machine & said to call back. After waiting with 12 & second time 11th in line for this to happen is frustrating to say the least. Later that night I called & left a message for one to call back- well just say I am still waiting!!!!!!
I found it easier to access my account thru google than using this app.
Every time it asks for my PAC or nickname, the app didn’t accept it and I’m locked out.
I removed the app from my phone and now just use google. It pops up in my home screen , almost like an app but more user friendly.
The app went from being slow to refusing to open on my iphone. Open the app, get a loading screen for about half a second, and then it quits back to the home screen. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail.
