The OMRON connect app is an important part of our Going for Zero mission to eliminate heart attacks and strokes. Monitoring your blood pressure everyday can help make this vision a reality. The app makes it easy to view your health metrics anytime, anywhere. Syncing wirelessly to your smartphone or tablet, the OMRON connect US/CAN/EMEA app tracks your readings and daily measurements, giving you a more clear view of your overall health.
The OMRON connect US/CAN/EMEA app provides many free features for you to manage your heart health (some feature availability depends on device type)
• Easily sync your readings to your smartphone via Bluetooth®
• Email readings to family, physicians, or other health care professionals and share your progress
• Keep track of your health history by storing and saving unlimited readings
• Get a complete view of your blood pressure with systolic, diastolic and pulse readings
• Receive alerts when notable changes in blood pressure are detected
• Set physical activity goals and track your progress
• Monitor the length and quality of your sleep
• Monitor your weight and BMI (body mass index)
• Access additional historical health data around sleep, weight, ECG, activity and more
• Directly send readings to Apple® HealthKit
In addition, the app provides the following premium features:
• Gain insights into how the combination of your blood pressure, activity, sleep and weight may be affecting your heart health
• Earn rewards for tracking your vitals and managing your health

Not impressed with update
Lost all historical data after update, new GUI is not user friendly, now have to pay a monthly subscription? Was going to upgrade to a newer BP machine from Onrom but not now. Most likely will go with Whitings.
App changes are…. Not good.
As a Canadian, having to authorize my health data to be exported to the USA to use this app is very very bad. The chart has been made useless but that’s something they can fix. The privacy issue is a deal breaker.
New app update broke BT connection
The previous app was working fine. After updating to the new version, the Bluetooth connection was severed and following all published steps to repair/reconnect doesn’t solve it. Very disappointing. Now I have to spend time troubleshooting that was working just fine before.

Thanks for the feedback and sorry about the issues. Please follow the below steps to pair your device.
Step 1: Go to Settings app on your smart device to remove the OMRON device from Bluetooth settings.
o Steps to remove the Blood Pressure Monitor from the Bluetooth Settings on iOS smart devices.
1. Open the Settings app on the smart device.
2. Locate “Bluetooth” and tap it. (See the screen below)
3. Check the list under “MY DEVICES” and find a device that starts with “HEM” or “BP”.
4. Tap the “i” button on right against the device.
5. Tap on “Forget This Device” button to remove from Bluetooth.
Step: 2 Open OMRON connect US/CAN App.
Go to Profile -> Connected Devices and tap “Add new device” and select "All OMRON Blood pressure devices" and tap on to Pair the Blood Pressure Monitor and start syncing your Blood Pressure readings
