User id and customer od
Hello I have business account and i dont find my user id and customer id anywhere and when i call 1800 line they dont know what im talking about !
Log in not user friendly
I’ve been trying to figure out what my user and customer Id it wants for log in are. They’re not documented anywhere on my account papers and I was not given one when I called to sign up for online banking. I just waited 40 minutes in line at the bank to be told they’re my card number, but I get home to try that and it doesn’t fit so I’m still lost.

Hi there, I'm very sorry for the experience you’ve had. It sounds like you may be looking for our BMO Personal Banking app. The app you’ve downloaded is specifically for our Business Banking customers. For Personal banking please search for ‘BMO Mobile Banking’ in the App Store. This should be the first result and will have a solid blue background with the large red BMO roundel in the icon. BMO Mobile Banking will use your card number and password for login and then you may set up Touch/Face ID to login going forward if your device supports it.
